Heartbeat Coaster Tutorial and Template - Kantha Coasters Pattern

Learn how to make these simple embroidered kantha coasters. The heartbeat shape is very cute and will make a great gift for your loved ones on their special day.

NOTE: This is a 1-page template with a simple written tutorial.

MATERIALS:

• 2 - 6 x 6 inches quilting cotton or linen
• 2 - Fusible interlining or
• 1 fusible batting (optional). In the video, I did not use batting or interlining. If using fusible interlining, fuse it after completing the embroidery
• Anchor pearl (Perle) cotton no. 8 or 3 strands of embroidery yarn (I am using this for the linen one).
• Embroidery needle

This is a super-fast project, can be done entirely by hand, and is very beginner's friendly.
