What is your delivery policy?

Your order will be shipped from India via DHL e-com, DHL Express, or FedEx with end to end tracking number. Please make sure that your address is correct at checkout. Or you can message me if you want it to be sent to another address. Any changes of address after your item is shipped will cost extra.

During the Pandemic, there may be a delay in delivering your order due to the Government's restriction. If you want it urgently, please contact me before purchasing.

Customs fees have to be borne by the buyer. You can request additional receipts/invoices for paperwork.

What is your return policy?

All products are made with care to ensure your satisfaction. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at elvira@chezvies.com.

The claim must be made within 3 DAYS from the time you received the items.
The items must be returned UNUSED and in their original condition.
Buyers are responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
REFUND will be issued as soon as we received the items in their original condition.
There is NO REFUND if you leave negative feedback without contacting me first.

Items that cannot be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Face Masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

If you need any further assistance or have questions, do not hesitate to contact me.


My package is marked delivered, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. Unfortunately, if the package is marked as delivered, refunds will not available. Please check with your neighbors or your local post office and/or file a police report in case this happens.


Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping service is available free of cost. Please include the personal message you want to be written on the card at the message to seller box during the checkout.


I received the wrong items, can I get a refund?

This a very rare case, but should this happen please contact me directly with a picture of the said products/items that has been wrongly dispatched. I'd be glad to remedy the situation.
